Staff Overview

The RVRequest system provides your RV guests the ability to find available sites at your park. Each of your sites are grouped by type, e.g. PullThru, 45ft BackIn, 30ft BackIn, Premium, etc.

The quantity of each type of site is shown to your guest. When they request a site you will receive an email of their request. They also receive an email copy. The quantity of "Available" sites is reduced by one when they request.

You then contact them by phone or email. Once you confirm their stay you mark the request "Booked". You have a myriad of ways to see your sites: By availability, by site number, by guest, by site type or by Status, such as Available, Pending (requested) or Booked.
